Log out upload image in form email

Hi;

I'm trying to upload an image in a form email and when I upload the file, the first problem is that i can not see the image and when i go to save the form, the system gives me a log out by time, when all occurs in less than 1 minute (the time for log out).

I have the same problem when I create a mail form and insert a picture. I use CRM 2007, I have applied following notes , but it did not changed the problem : 1389110 , 1423334 , 1440454 , 1440454.

Are you using internet explorer 8 ? Because I made a test with another laptop with internet explorer 6 ,and it was OK. So the problem might be only for internet explorer 8.

I solved the problem.

The question was in the service in T-code SICF.

To solve it, I apply the note number 685521 and goes fine with version 6 of internet explorer.

Hi;

All that i read about this, it's that version 8 of explorer doesn't run fine, but i think that sap is working to create a patch.

I have version 7 of explorer.

I had the confirmation from SAP that CRM 2007 is not fuly comptatible with IE8 until SP 7. I am actually using SP5. So I have

downgraded my IE from 8 to 6.

Regarding your last answer : transaction code SICF , OSS note 685521, would you be so kind to tell me what the "anonymous logon data" means ?

I have the same problem. It seems that there may be a problem concerning the services, but i habve no clue where to look at.

Maybe it came up with SP04 and following, because in SP03 we had no problems with a similar configuration.

Hello,

It works now fine with me, with internet explorer 6 or 7. Please check note 685521, in SICF, execute transaction, then in the upper menu , choose : goto -> external aliases, then create an external alias as described in the note. I hope this will help. Regards.

Hi,

thanks a lot for your answer. We already configured the alias as recommended in the oss note.

But now I checked and it seems that it is working just fine with the current relaese of firefox, but with Internet Explorer 8 the error still occurs.
