Contact Person Data incomplete when Create Customer from C4C to ERP

Hi Experts,

We have implemented the standard integration for Customer replication and Personal Contact in both ways (C4C <-> ERP) through HCI and it is working correctly.

However, when a Customer is created in C4C, with Personal Contact and sent to ERP through integration, the IDOC ADR3MAS contains all the data (including telephone and email) but when processing them, the contact created does not contain some address values like the phone and the email.

Maybe we are missing some configuration that we do not have in our sights.

Any contribution is valuable.

Dear Diana

If the data is available in the Inbound IDOC in ERP system and it has not been updated in the system, then please create an incident with SAP.
