SAP Business One 8.8 - Installation

Hi experts

I upgraded my SAP B1 from 2007 PL17 to 8.8 PL10.... It worked for demo database.... Den I tried working on with my current development database... but i get an error like this " you can't upgrade company database from SAP B1 client, use the upgrade download package or contact your partner ".... Plz suggest a solution for this problem asap.....

Hi Poongundran,

the upgrade process has changed between 2007 & 8.8. Up to version 8.8 you could upgrade a db through the client application, from 8.8 onwards, you use the upgrade wizard which is part of the installation or patch package.

Thanks for ur info and i finally upgraded to SAP Business One 8.8

Check the license file and if license is thier k and now take patch 11 and jst upgrade .exe file and u can run the database easily

Ok i will download the SAP Business One 8.8 PL : 11 and check out for its good working
