we are using BO 4.x Webi reports, recently we have changed from Production to DR, any rights or other setting need to check?
Regards
Balaji
Hi Tom and Ashraf,
Thanks for your inputs, sorry for delay response, we are not checked this steps in DR, mean time we moved to Prd system , we faced this issue only in DR, after moved to Production not faced this issue,

Hi Balaji,
Also, consider limiting the number of instances to something more managable, i.e. the default limit is set to 100 instances per schedule. You can either set the limit globally (see Setting limits for instances) or at folder level (see Limiting report instances at the folder level). I suggest a combination of both, i.e. a default limit at object level with fine-tuning at folder level.

Tom
Hi,
Could be because of one of following reasons.
1. Check the Preferences setting in BI Launchpad:
2. Also check the security, if you have been granted to view the instances or not:
3. Check this sap note. This is for publication.you can try same steps for your issues also.
2043794 - Users get blank page when opening publication history page
Resolution
Clear Tomcat cache:
Note: The BOE_old directory should be deleted after you are confident that the Tomcat cache files have been recreated.
Hope it helps.
Thanks
Ashraf
