Billing Plan Payment Terms do not match Customer Master

I have an issue where the billing plan is overwriting the payment terms defined in the customer master. My customer master has Net 50 maintained on the Billing Documents tab, however my billing plan line items on my Sales Document have Net 15 on the partial lines and Due Immediately on the final billing line.

On the sales order header->Billing Plan tab, there is a "Reference" field. The help for this field says "Standard Billing/Invoicing Plan Number" - but I do not know how to view/edit these standard billing plans. I've checked through the billing plan section of SPRO with no luck.

I suspect that there are payment terms maintained in this reference document which are being copied into my billing plan, but I can't figure out how to view the standard document to be sure...

On the sales order header->Billing Plan tab, there is a "Reference" field.

Can you share the screen shot of this? If I am correct, "Reference" field would be populated under Accounting tab and system would fetch data depending upon your copy control. With regard to payment term, check whether any CMIR is maintained which would be the first priority

Here's a screenshot of the reference field and the problematic payment terms that were automatically populated in the billing plan (these terms do not match the customer master and I'm trying to figure out where they came from)
