LDAP with SSL intermittent logon issues

HI ,

We have a Issue-

LDAP with SSL is not working intermittently.

We are using 3 servers and all are in the cluster.

When we tried to login to the infoview using LDAP with SSL we are getting intermittent logon issues-

The error is -

secLdap plugin failed to connect to the specified hosts .

Environment Details-

BOXIR2,

LDAP with SSL.

Any one please help me on this .

There were several LDAP bugs on XIr2 some which caused intermittent issues like this. SP4 or later should be applied. If you have the latest SP and FP and still experience the issue you will need to log a case to have the logon attempt packet scanned (which will require temproarily disabling SSL)
