Amount in Words in INR

Hi Guys,,,

Actually we are facing some problem with the amount in words in sap.

My client needs amount in words to be printed in Indian formats for JE's,Incoming & Outgoing Payments,checks and Sales and Purchase documents....

Please give me some solution to acheive this..

Hi Vamsam..........

You have to create a Num to Word function in backend then you need to display it via FMS into your screen. This function is readily available in SDN forum........

I have found this functions in this forums

and its working fine for all marketing documents and that udf's can be made visible dragged in pld also.

But when it comes for incoming and outgoing payments the amount in words is not visible in sap nor in pld unless the user updates that document..

Like if i update any field in that incoming/outgoing payment(just by giving a small dot or blank space) orif update any field then its getting displyed..

So give me a solution for the above..

Hi.....

You must achive this with the help of FMS. Once via FMS Amt in words will come to your screen it will be easily printable into output format......
