Restrict technical User

Hi there

We are using SAP Marketing Cloud.
It is possible to assign different Communication-Szenarios to different technical Users.

But is there a way to additionally restrict a technical User based on the communication direction?

(1) API-User abc is only authorized to read date from the odata interface... GET
(2) API-User def is only authorized to write date to the odata interface... PUT, POST, PATCH

aah..Got your point.

As far as my understanding goes there is no mechanism as of now which can control if certain user can only read the data and not write.

Hi,

yes it is possible via Inbound or Outbound direction. You can choose 2 different user for you communication system for inbound as well as outbound communication and use the same in communication arrangement based on direction. For example, Pls have a look at 0065

SAP_COM_0207 is the Communication Scenario for Interaction Contacts.
In this case, I can not make any configuration for outbound communication.

Is there anything else i can configure to restrict a technical user with this communication scenario for calling all the contacts in the system?
