Hi all,

I am posting the GR through migo, when I type the Delivery, the system shows the ordered quantity by default.

If I change the quantity and put less than ordered, the system shows me a warning message (W) and finally the system allows my input and I can post the GR.

But according with the bussiness rules, we have to recieve all the ordered quantity, if we recieve less than

ordered, we must to create a return PO with the missing quantity.

How can I do to get an error message (E) instead a warning message (W)?

In OMCQ, change message M7 021 from W to E thus meeting your requirement.

I think you cannot turn this message in to an error. (If you give me the number of the message, then I can check for you)

you can certainly check and issue an own message with userexit.

Hi, the message number is M7021 "Deficit of PU Ordered quantity"

JURGEN, you can change this message from W to E in OMCQ, i just checked it myself.
