HTTP ERROR: 302 FOUND" when uploading employee photos

Hi

i have upload employe's 2 photos, and it was display in PA30,

but employee wants to upload updated photos so i had deleted both the photos

first i deledled the latested upload photos than i had try to deleted second photos the eroor come the link is not avaiable, becuse photos has been deleted form the computer,after 1 hours i check and try to deleted the second one photos but it does not display in the PA30 and not in the DISPALY ALL FACSIMILES. SO i though that photo might be deleted

now i am trying to upload new photos throufh TCODE OAAD, the error come HTTP ERROR: 302 FOUND"

ANYBODY HELP ME WHAT IS THIS ERROR AND HOW COME IT WOULD BE SLOVED.
