TRYING TO GET DATA FROM ONE FIELD BASED OFF OF THE DATA IN ANOTHER FIELD

Hello,

I am pulling data from BO and also an Excel Spreadsheet. I'm attempting to combine the data into one report. I have a field named "Ending Incurred" that's attempting to look at the maximum number of reserve changes and based off of that number, return the corresponding reserve change.

Ending Incurred=[EndIncurred] Where ([Max Res Change] = [ResChangeNumber])

The issue I'm having is that the value for Ending Incurred is returning all the reserve changes instead of the one corresponding to the Max Res Change.

For Example, Claim A has 8 reserve changes varying in amount from $100 to $800. The Max Res Change is 8. Instead of showing $800, the Ending Incurred is showing every value from $100 to $800. I only need it to show $800. I know I could easily just say Max([EndIncurred]) but that might not always be the correct figure I need.

I believe my issue is in the Where clause, but I'm not sure. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
