Cash journal balance not carry forwarding correctly

Hi Friends,

When i am going to see the cash journal for the period of the 01.09.2009 to 30.09.2009 then the closing balance is displaying 1,315.00 but when we see the cash journal for the period 01.10.2009 to 31.10.2009 opening balance is displaying 1,120.00

why this is happening please solve my problem.

Hi,

In the display period please give 30.9.2009 to 1.10.2009. and check the opening balance and closing balance and transactions there of.

Please check is there any unposted Cash Line Item between those period? Or any reversal entry?

I under stand your problem. This is standard error. SAP market place provided the note:SAP Note 197898

Run in production RFCJ1 through SE38. It will automatically rectify the cash journal opening and closing balances.

Please refer to the note before running in production. I hope you problem is resolved this note.
