PDF not opening when PDF button is selected

Some of our users are having some issues with opening PDF from SAP,

Scenario 1:

Opening Marking documents Ex. PO > click “PDF” button > PDF not opening

Scenario 2:

Open Standalone PDF > Open Marking documents Ex. PO > click “PDF” button > PDF opens

Would you have any idea how fix this, my workstation is working fine.

Hi,

What you mean by Open standard alone PDF? The possible reasons,

1. No default printer for the workstation

2. No admin rights to access attachment folder
