While creating service po it is asking service master na,in that we have to give service number. That service number creation how to do? plz help me guys.

Service number creation through AC01.

that number directly we will use in service master?
Service number is you have to create in transation AC01.
This also one type of master data for service.
AC01 --> enter all service categore & Currency.
while saving it will show the Service number.
this you can use in ME21N for service PO.

while creaing there is no need to enter service no.
while making po enter service in short text field. do not enter in material no field.
If you want to maintan service no , go to AC01-service master, it is like a material master
