Transformation file formula when data has duplicates

I have a data file I would like to load. It has 4 columns and column 1 becomes the ID. I have a case where data in column 1 is duplicated but is unique to the record in column 3. Column header 1 is ID, column header 3 is M_D

I would like to write an IF statement, that if it's a duplicate record in column 1 to append the data with the contents of column 3.

For example:

Column 1 Column 3

133001 M

141495 M

141495 D

141496 D

What I would like to see in my ID field when loaded is:

133001

141495

141495D

141496

The original formula is simply ID=DEAL but it fails when there is a duplicate.

    Final answer:

In transformation file mapping section use something like:

    ID=*COL(1)+*COL(3)

    or using header names...

    Please, read help: https://help.sap.com/viewer/ec68e48b18a44a49abb12b8ee8ae306f/10.0.34/en-US/f9c4554f6faf1014878bae8cb0e91070.html

P.S.: "I would like to write an IF statement, that if it's a duplicate record in column 1 to append the data with the contents of column 3." - there is no way to perform if duplicate in transformation file, the only way is to develop ROUTINE BADI in abap.
