Characteristics 0COMP_CODE is blocked for conversion

Dear all,

In Infocube 0COPA_C01 Characteristiccs 0COMP_CODE is in Inactive mode. While trying to activate,it says Characteristics 0COMP_CODE is blocked for conversion.

All its attributes are in active mode.

While checking for error following warning message came,

Navigation attribute 0COUNTRY deleted from characteristic 0COMP_CODE

Changing InfoObject 0COMP_CODE results in the deactivation of InfoCubes/ODS objs

Data target SPCPR_C03 is set to "inactive" upon activation

Characteristic 0COMP_CODE: Navigation attribute 0COMP_CODE__0COUNTRY was deleted --> conversion

I have alos seen following thread.

characteristic-0compcode-is-blocked-by-conversion and followed the following procedure.

Procedure

Call up transaction SE16 for table SDOKMIA. When the document attribute appears, select it by entering the technical name of the document attribute in the third ATTRIBUTE field. Also enter BW* in the first IO_CLASS field.

Choose Execute. Select all entries in the hitlist and choose Table Entry -> Delete All. You are now able to activate or delete the characteristic.

Please help me out in this.
