CTS+ error in deployment of changes in portal through ChaRM

Hi all,

We have configured CTS+ for our 3 level of Portal landscape. From SolMan ChaRM We could able to

Create TR

Add epa file to TR

Release TR

Now when the action for import TR to QA system is getting executed I am getting the following error.

'Action Import Transport Request in system <QA> of type Target Systems has been cancelled'

However the status of my TR is showing as Ready to import but this is not getting imported to QA.

Has anyone faced this problem before? Any idea?

Hi Smita,

Please confirm if CTS+ cycle is working without charm.

If transport using solution manager is not working then may need to trobleshoot that first.

We had almost similar issue and has been solved after doing modification in TMS, please check how you have configured the TMS.

as suggested I am checking TMS and also if CTS+ working without ChaRM. Will revert back if this works.

Hi Smita,

If CTS+ has been properly configured, then please check that th .epa file is added properly to your TR. And try to check your development once again, and then release the TR. It had happened with me once, and the above solution had worked.
