Your question is about reference tables in BOFC?
Every element of any dimension has to be specified in a (reference) table. Example: Dimension account has the characteristic class. If you open this characteristic (in definition mode) you will find in properties tab that the reference table is class. From this reference table, the account caracteristic class will get it's values (asst, income, ...). If you open one account (load data mode) you can choose the class and this values are from reference table class.
Properties have no reference tables because one property value is free defined. You cannot select it in a list of possible values.
