CCMS Agent registration error .....

Hi Gurus,

I am trying to register sapccmsr agent for a dual stack system rel 700 unicode .

But i am getting the below error when doing so from VA .

ERROR: Cannot open Monitoring Segment 25 rtc = 245

 Last reported error: CCMS monitoring segment has wrong EYE CATCH: CCMS monitoring segment belongs to an ABAP or Double Stack instance. SAPCCMSR -j2ee of release 7.00 is to be used only to monitor Non-ABAP instances of release 7.00 (NW04s).

However i searched for this error and found that this usually comes with version / UC /Nuc mismatch. But the agent i am using is correct .

Hi Dev,

Check the version of jmon.dll: explorer -> search&find jmon.dll -> context menu -> properties -> tab 'version' -> choose 'special

build description' in the box 'other version information'. On a unicode system the value should be 'optU'. If your don't see the correct value, you'll need to replace jmon.dll by a correct version.
