XL Reports keep disappearing from the Main Menu

I have one user, logging in through terminal server, who keeps losing her XL Reporter reports from her Business One main menu. If she opens XL Reporter and updates her Business One Menu, they will appear for a while, but eventually they will go away and she has to do this all over again. Any thoughts?

In the older versions of SAP, you had to set this up as an Add on that loaded automatically. Otherwise you had to load XLR everytime you logged on. The reports would not show up unless XLR was running. I'm supposing you're on a current version, but just in case...
