Problem with agents "CONFIG" and outbound queue - MI 7.1 SP9

Hi experts,

I am having problems with the agent CONFIG do not work correctly.

For example, my device called My_Device I assign the agent ID: CONFIG with parameter id: MobileEngine.Sync.Language

Value = "ES"

Get and Set parameters set to "TRUE" and process automatically checked.

Save the changes.

The DMSWCV is SAP BASIS 7.10 in state operational

But when reviewing the outbound queue (tab Device Status > View Outbound Queue Details), I see nothing (and I read in several posts that generates the outbound queue and this XML can see the changes) but I see that is raised.

For this reason, when I synchronize the changes are not reflected in the client.

Some idea of the problem?

Thank you for your expert help

do you have issue with other AGENT_CONFIG properties?

you should see the XML message in Outbound Queue Details given what you posted.

<Msg type="I">
<AGENT C2="CONFIG" C1="4BC4A567902C00B1E1008000AC1A208C" C5="X" C3="MobileEngine.Sync.Language" C6="FR" C7="X" C4="X" C0="4BC4A56C902C00B1E1008000AC1A208C" ty="I"/>
</Msg>

also for changes like the language, the client needs to be restarted

check SMQ1 outbound queue for any errors?

Hi Alan Cheun, thanks for your answer.

The problem happens to me all the parameters of the agents CONFIG.

The XML you tell me not on the outbound queue (This is what makes me most strange).

The SMQ1 shows no errors

USER_DETAIL and USER_AUTHORIZATION were extracted but by adding parameters is not generated XML in outbound queue.

I will have to add some special mobile component?

I have reviewed all the documentation from SAP, according to yet I can not find the problem
