Need help for SNC scenario

Hi Experts,

I want to know if it is possible to model this requirement " Label validation to stop batches from being shipped to the wrong location and warning alerts for missing inventory" and "Support additional WIP inventory processes" using Contract manugacturing Scenario or work order scenario in SNC?
