How to capture the actual costs in SAP-LE

Hi Friends,

We are implementing SAP-LE module for one of our client. current issue we are facing is when we plan we plan with assumed figures, when we receive final invoice from freight vendor there can be differences. How do we handle

1.Differences in Inbound logistics cost components.

2.Differences in outbound logistics cost components.

If any one of you have similar issue. please advise how did you solve the issue.

Ex: we plan demurrage for $100 where as actual can be 120.
