Applicant number not yet assigned in PB10

Hello Evey body

i am working on recruitment module, i am going to to do entry of employee in PB10 but when i am going to save the error come"applicant number not yet assigned" but actually i have assigned it, i have country grouping also it is also 40,

i set all the configuration correctly but still this minor error come
