Functionality Questions for SAP Customer Checkout POS

Dear SAP Customer Checkout Team,

Hope you are doing well.

We have a lead who is looking for a ERP system along with POS and we have shown the lead the functionality of SAP Business One along with SAP Customer Checkout. The lead is looking for some additional functionalities in the POS due to their vast business operations which includes the Airports in different locations. Can you please advise on the following points :

1. Can there be option to scan the boarding pass and details of Flight in SAP Customer Checkout POS which gets synced with SAP Business One for generating statistical reports such as demographic customer base.
2. Can SAP Customer Checkout POS show reports like customer purchase history ?
3. Can the SAP Customer Checkout POS provide alerts when a customer hits specific amount of total sales band set by management (e.g. if customer has hit sales of 10K pounds, then SAP Customer Checkout POS should give alert) so that a customer loyalty program could be set.

2. NO, you can view from SAP B1

3. NO, only possible to set in SAP B1.

Dear Kawish,

we have a similar customer, who has interesting ideas as well in this specific industry.

1. In standard CCO no, with plugin yes.
probably connected to further external webservices to validate i.e. vip-group?

2. In standard CCOm combined with loyalty yes. Further requirements to check.

3. A lean plugin should help to expand the standard functionalities
