Hi,
In the workflow, go to the activity step where rule has been defined in the agents section. Below that in task properties agent assignment should be green & on click of the red icon make the task general.

Did you check the agent assignment in the task?
Go to the relevant step in the workflow --> double click on task --> Additional Data --> Agent Addignment --> Display.
Do this in both the systems and check if you get similar results. If not, then that is the problem. The task agent assignment should match in both systems.
Does this help you?

Hi KW,
what type of Rule are you using, is it thru FUNCTION MODULE, ORGANIZATIONAL DATA, RESPONSIBILITIES.
If from FM, try running the FM separately and see if it is fetching the agents properly.
If Organizational Data, see whether the Organizational Unit is similar as you wanted, or as that in QAS.

In the task within the workflow, is there any specific agent assignment maintained? If yes, has the agent assignement transported to production successfully? If no, has the task been marked as a 'General Task'? and has that been transported to production correctly?
You basically need to check if the agent assignment for the task (transaction PFTC/PFTC_DIS) is consistent between the test and production system.
hope this helps.
rgds,
Raghav.
Make sure the task type is marked asGeneral task in Prod.
Probably you might have missed to transport the customizing request where you will have the agent assignment details.
Also check whether the agent assignment is active.

Hi,
Pls simulate the rule by changing sy-uname to WF-BATCH in Debugging.
Only difference is user name

Hi,
Please check in your P system in the workflow whether the agent assignment is active or not. I mean in the task where the rule is called agent assignment is active.

Tks!
I have one question, how to check the agent assignment is active?
and also want to say,the rule that determin the responsible agent is used at one step of the workflow, not for possible agent of task ,and the rule's type is RESPONSIBILITIES.
Best Regards
