printing from web - default printer is not selected

Hello,

We're using BO XI 3.1 SP2 on windows 2008 x64 with sql server 2005 x64 with sp3.

We use BO for CR reports.

When users try to print a report from the web (infoview or url reporting) the default printer is not selected. we mostly get Microsoft XPS document writer.

This is a problem for the users printing tens of reports a day.

When we delete Microsoft XPS document writer no problem the default printer comes as expected.

How can we fix this?
