Analysis for Office 2.7 SP15 Design Rules- Formula issue


Hi All,

I have report in AFO 2.7 version SP15. I have around 11 queries displaying data in single sheet. It takes around 1min to refresh the data with all queries. Below is the AFO report layout: In one of the report/section I have to write few formulas based on data from same cross tab and from other crosstab.

I have first inserted new Rows and I can see those in Design rules under Rule Type: New line

Then I have added formulas on those new lines and can see all formulas under Rule Type: Formula.

I saved it on server. When I am refreshing this workbook/report, I am able to see data with those formulas. But when my colleagues or users try to run with same access as mine they are only able to see new added lines with blank formula. So no data is displaying for them for those formulas. Only Rule Type: New line is displaying tot hem but not Rule Type: Formula where as I can see everything.

I have tried to deactivate and activate those formulas but no luck. We are opening workbook from folder and then either doing 'Refresh All' or using 'Prompt option' to get refresh the data. For workbook I have below settings:

Please help with this issue with some pointers, we are on higher AFO version so was expecting this type of weird issue should not happen.
