how to check QUANTITY of a material in the document number posted

Hi gurus,

can anybody let me know how to see the QUANTITY of a material in the document number posted .

eg. if we post 3 kg of a particular thing . then how can we get the exact quantity of that particular thing by knowing only its document number..

please help.

Hi,

I hope you are talking about an accounting document.

then in FBL3N, for your inventory GL account, the field quantity to be added to your output layout.

Please make sure that the quantity field to be defined piror to that as a special fields for line item display with OBVU.

This will resolve your issue.
