User interface for CML (SAP Loans Management) and CRM dependency

Dears

I am new to CML (SAP Loans Management). I want to implement CRM and CML for Loans.

1. Do CML or CRM has it own user interface (web based or mobile) for Loan applicants/Borrowers ? What is that application and how to access it from user end .

2. Without CRM implementation, Is it possible to satisfy the customer (apply Loan, validate Loan request , Loan Agreement, Loan disbursement and Loan collection) with only implementing CML module?

There are a lot of Enterprise Services available in the meantime. Just start a note search with "SOA" / FS-CML*

You can satisfy the customer throughout all the loan process on CML. You can also use Fiori if you want to take this process out the ECC to a mobile or web interface. Or you can use CRM fort this as well, the CRM has more functionalities, but the core origination progress can be handled by CML.
