How can I check the Application version of IBP?

Hello,

I am trying to find out how to check the Application release of IBP, which i am using currently.

I found a Knowledge Base Article (2593734), it says that i should click on the HELP button in the right top of the web page.

But I can't find any HELP button on my IBP Launchpad Screen.

Is there any other way to check the application release of IBP?

How can i check, which release of IBP I am using now?

Thanks and Regards

    Hey

log on to IBP in Excel, go to the IBP ribbon. In the "About" group, hover over "Message History": It will provide you with the planning area you are logged in to, the name if the connection you created, the user you are logged in with , plus the release of your backend system such as "SAP IBP OD 1811.7". Under Help -> About you will find the release of the frontend, meaning the Excel AddOn you have installed on your laptop.

Bye the way, if the help button is not displayed, I would open an OSS message. Don't know if there is any setting or parameter you yourself could set to get it, but it should be there out of the box when you get the system.

    Good Luck

    Hi Levent,

You can also refer to this KBA I have created on this topic in the past:
