"Created on" is not working in Opportunity search

HI

We have added a field called 'CREATED_AT_DATE"( Created on) using Configuration tab in BSP_WD_CMPWB.

Now when we are trying to search for the opportunities which are later than the value given for this field in UI Search,

system is not giving the correct result.

We are giving in search like below

Created On GT <date>

Now press on 'Search' button...

System is not showing opportunities even though there are opportunities which are existing in the system which are

in the given selection criteria.

Can you please let me know do we need to do any other settings for this?

Hi,

If the field is not available in standard then you'd have to create BADI implementations to achieve this functionality. Try to look for any BADI definitions/implementations available for this purpose. Generally they can be found in SPRO as search enhancements.
