More than one Unit Of Measure in B2B E-Commerce WEB SHOP Product Catalog

Hello Experts

How can we restrict NOT TO SHOW MORE THAN ONE Unit of Measure against the line item in the PRODUCT CATALOG in WEBSHOP.

F.g If my base unit of measure in IT (Item), i should see only IT against the product in the product catalog.

A) Even if we maintain more than one UoM in the back end ECC material master, will i able to restrict to download these products to CRM with only one UoM.

or

B) Even if i downloaded the material to CRM with all UoM , can restrict to show only one UoM in web shop product catalog ?

Any settings or any SAP note?

Hi,

I think there is a filter setting available to restrict downloading of products with particular UoM while downloading the master data from ECC to CRM. But not the way you want.

Once materials are downloaded to CRM, there is no way to restrict at Webshop side.

You have to customize at webshop if it is mandatory to show single UoM to all the material. You can not customise it on material based.
