AUTOMATICALLY ADD SALES ORDER AFTER APPROVED OF APPROVALS

Hi Experts,

My client needs to add sales order or any documents which approvals have been approved.

I mean if approval have been approved for sales order then user dont need to open sapb1 and add it, it should be add automatically when all the approvals have done, plz help

Hi,

There is no automatic function to add approved document. Still system needs to open and add it manually.

I have 02 more difficulties to be resolved. please help

01. My client need to access sap from web server or from url link from outside their office. I mean I need your help how to configure Web Server Access Configuration for SAPB1

02. one ID should be login once, multiple login for single ID should not be allowed.

please help me for these issues.

Hi,

Can you advise your B1 version and PL?

1. Do you mean Browser access?

2. System itself not allowed to login with same ID in another machine.

Yes I mean Browser Access,

My Client has old version i.e. 2007 A (8.00.230)

but with this version of B1 user can login same ID in multiple machines,

can we restrict user to login in multiple times with the help of Transaction Notification or any other way, plz suggest and help.
