FMPConfigurationUsage Error

Dear Experts,

I am a newbee to ESS/MSS, one of the employee in our organisation is facing an error right after logging into the system.

Please find the error trace below.

WDRuntimeException: ComponentUsage(FPMConfigurationUsage): Active component must exist 
when getting interface controller. (Hint: Have you forgotten to create it 
with createComponent()? Should the lifecycle control of the component usage 
be "createOnDemand"? 

Please help.
