Launchpad: Logon cookie failed

Hi Experts,

In the Fiori Lauchpad, while login after clearing the cache and cookies I am getting an error "Logon cookie check failed; repeat logon".

As per the Note 1617090 I have selected the 'Deactivated Login XSRF protection'. But still the error appears (during first login) once the cache & cookie are cleared in the browser.

Why do you want to clear the cookie?

If there are any changes to the UI5 app, you should only clear the cache. (not cookie).

Since http is stateless, cookie stores the login information, so that further calls from the app go through. When you delete the cookie, it will delete the logon cookie as well, and obviously you have to relogin.

Also I do not think you should deactivate CSRF protection.
