Hi all,

Working on SNC 5.1..

What is the Usage of ISO Code in CUNi transaction in R/3 and SNC ??

If it is maintained in R/3 ...then Is it mandetory to maintain this in SNC??

Hi Rajesh,

Since processing with differen UOM may also happen in SCM SNC, it will be required to have units of conversions and also maintenance of ISO codes in SCM SNC also.

If i maintain ISO code in R/3 and not maintained in SNC , is there any impact on XML messages(Master/transactional data) movement from R/3 to SNC?

Hi,

If we maintain only in R/3 and not SNC then it creates problem while CIFing Materials initially only (Master Data), ....as we use Standard/Commercial Uom to carry out transactions there wonu2019t be any problem there after in the exchange of XMLs ie (Transactiona Data), however, if there are conversions reqwuired when processing XML message, then there will be errors.
