Produced material as input material for another product

Hi

We are running costing of a material for which another finished material with price indicator S is used as an input material.

But in the costing, the system is not taking the standard price of that input finished material. It is taking the moving average price maintained for information purpose.

Why the standard price is not considered ?

Please confirm have you run cost estimate on that particular finished good you are using with price control indicator S?

Please also check valuation variant OKK4 or by OKKN via costing variant.

keep Standard price as first priority or you can keep valuation of price according to price control in material master.

Is the “with qty structure” indicator ON for the material?

Also make sure special procurement in costing 1 View is not assigned as 20

Check your costing variant, valuation variant in that and then see the sequence. Standard price should have first priority.
