Can I make a scala for micro charts (show them regarding to each other)?

Hello!I

have one interesting question about opportunities of Micro Charts in Table. As you can see in my table, all data don't have any scala relativly to each other. I mean as you can see in Column "Vergleich", there are no difference between values 48 and 70 in first two rows. I want that data will be shown relativly to each other. Is there possible?

For example that I could get maximum from columns "LangLieg 15" and "LangLieg14". And that I show all charts in column regarding with this maximum value.

Maybe can I make extra column for this value und hide this column?
