Hi Andrey,
all steps have been done but is still not working.
I used 0analysis_templates. I insert the logo from the mime. By running the report the logo is displayed but by exporting to PDF not. I am using BW 7.0.
i read somewhere i can insert such a code <image src='bwmimerep://sap/bw/mime/Customer/images/img.jpg"border="0" alt="Text">. But the code image is not working.
Do you have another workaround to solve it?
Thank you.
Cheers
gilo
Hi Gilo,
As far as I know images do not reflect on export on PDF. A workaround is to include a 'Report' webitem onto your template, insert a report section & then have an Image inserted from MIME repository into the section. Include the Report webitem in Data Binding on Export to PDF & check if it works.

Hi Priya,
thank you for replying.
i experimented you proposition unfortunatelly it is not working.
I done as follow:
i insert the Report item in a one column table after that i right clicked the report item and choosed insert.
The logo is not insert on the item. It is somewhere else.
Perhalps there is something i am missing. Could please give more details?
Thank you in advance.
Cheers

Hi Gilo,
Plz. follow below steps:-
1)Insert Report webitem onto your template (choose position in the web template i.e. in a HTML Table etc.)
2)Right-click on Report webitem & choose 'Edit ...'
3)Right-click on the blank report & choose 'Insert Report Section'
4)Right-click on the Report Section & choose 'Insert Image'
5)Choose your Image from the MIME Repository, resize the Report Section as per the size of the image
6)Save the Report & exit
7)In the 'Export to PDF' Command, choose the Report webitem under Data Binding property to ensure the webitem is exported with the remaining webitems on the template
8)Run the web template
Check if the logo appears in the exported PDF.

Hi Gilo,
Probably this is because you have the logo file (picture) saved locally.
Save it under MIME repository:
In BW:
Transaction code SE80
MIME repository
In the node structure:
SAP/BW/Customer/Images
Right click on Images, and choose Import MIME object
(select your logo file)
In WAD:
Your file will now be available when you choose to insert it from the MIME repository. Moreover, it will be included in PDF and printouts.
BR,
Niclas
