Customer is not flowing from ECC to CRM

Hi Experts,

I have an issue with customer replication from ECC to CRM. Customer is created in ECC successfully. When I request download the customer from ECC, It is showing as success.

But When I check BP tcode with the customer number, It gives 0 Business partner found.

When I check BDOC message, an Error message "Application K is not active" is shown. Please help me, How I can I solve this Issue.
