Report on Purchases during the period

Dear Forum,

The users need to generate a report giving purchases made duirng the year. Is there a convenient way to generate the report that would give all purchases made during the particular period.

Hi,

Use T-code SAP1 to find various standard report exists in SAP system for all modules.

Are you talking about PO's created in a year. You can pull this report through tcode ME2L,me2M,

If you are talking about GR's taking place in a year, pull the report through tcode MB51, with movement type 101.

MC$2 - Frequency of purchasing

ME81 - Analysis of Purchase Order Values.
