Opening balance-consumed budget

Hi all,

We have implemented 6.0 & started using from 01.04.2010.Oepning balance of G/L with line items with fund centre & commitment item from legacy is uploaded with posting date 31.03.2010. if you execute TC-FAGLB03 opening balance is there with all the line item.now we are executing report FMRP_RW_BUDCON report does not give the opening balance of consumed budget against commitment item which is being uploaded.It gives only the expenses booked during the year 2010.

Now how to get these opening consumed budget in that report or is there any other standard report available.
