WOW QUERRY...

Hi experts,

1) Can I specify the after range in a specific range? For example, I have 3 ranges in the row(using pipe) and say I only want to use my after range in the 2nd range. Is that possible? Or is there any other way to do that?

2) I want to retrieve my data from January to September without laying their separate IDs. Meaning, I only want to, for example, use "2010.Q3" in a single column. By using YTD, can I retrieve accumulated data from January to September? Or is there any other way to retrieve single but accumulated amount in a single column?

Thank You so much!

Regards,

Drye

Hi,

If you want to retrieve the YTD values till a particular month, then specify only that month and change the measure to YTD. In your example, the month should be specified as september and the measure should be YTD.

Your first question was not clear to me.

Hope this helps.

Hi nilanjan,

Thanks... Yeah I already know the answer to my 2nd question.

My first question is like this, I want to use after range while using a pipe(sliced ranges) in a specific range. For example, I have 3 sliced ranges in my row but I want to use my "EV_AFTER" in my 3rd row only for me to have their total(EVSUM) without having the same in my 1st and 2nd row. So what is the possible/optimal thing to do?

Thanks and I hope you've understand my 1st question from above.

Thanks...
