BW Server Error

Hello Gurus,

when I run the Query and select the free characterstics (e.g Doc Nr.) The query runs for around 30-50 minutes then the either of Error Messages appears "Time Limit Exceeded" or "No roll storage space of lenght 964624 for internal storage table blocks."

it also seems you are running your query for a large amount of data try to create a filter for 1 month and see if it works right or not

if you are running the same out of a cube - try having an aggregate for the fields required....

If you are running from a DSo - the a secondary index on Document number can be used...

Else use information broadcasting to sent to OLAP cache and then report out of it... or put the same into a web template and precalculate the same..

Try changing the value of variable icm/conn_timeout .

increase it to a high value.

Hi Tariq,

It looks like your query is having lot of Characteristics & Keyfigues. So it is taking ot of time to execute.

Check the query & remove few characteristics or keyfigures which are not required.
