DTMF Payload

Greetings,

Does SAP CCtr SP9 support any other DTMF Payload type besides 101? Due to technical changes we need to change the call routing, but then the DTMF Payload will change to 96. SAP recognizes it, but DTMF does not work and CallBack can't be initiated.

I'll specify Alder's question a bit: we are talking about outbound DTMF here.
The agent will use the softphone's keypad to send out a DTMF signal to initiate a callback. We currently don't use the built-in CB feature, we have our own system. 🙂
