Unable to stop BG jobs

There are 4-5 BG jobs running which I am unable to delete or stop, when I am trying to delete it its saying the BG job is active. and when I am trying to stop it its saying the BG job is not active. niether I am able to delete it or stop it. please assist me on this issue.

Did you try to stop the jobs via SM50 -> Processes -> Cancel with / without Core?

yea its not working with that too.. how can i stop or delete this BG jobs at os level

Have you tried the dpmon tool?

Use it in the profile directory like this dpmon.exe pf=<Profile of your Instance>

You can then call the menu and a list with all the running processes. Try to stop the jobs from there. That should normally do it.

Check the PID from SM50...Kill the process from OS level for the same PID.

So you are trying this in SM37 ?

select each job and from the context menu above = job = check status.
