In MSS portal unable to trigger adobe form

Hi,

Iam having one issue regarding adobe forms in mss when iam trying to view the adobe forms in mss under start process

iam not able to view the adobe form. could you please help me in this to resolve the issue....

This is issue due to adobe resizing, You need to set the parameter correctly.

Check the note 1334453 and its instructions

There is no error simply its not displaying any of the forms....

go to tcode SICF and deactivate and activate the asr_start_process and asr_process_execute service(right click on the service)

Does it work on any other machine

are you able to launch any Adobe form in ESS?

How about launching through backend

Hi Sriram,

ADS service were fine from back-end and from portal side also it is working..

Please help me to resolve this issue..
