Hello All ,

I developed custom workflow which trigger on change of ME32 Purchase contract it is triggerring and sending one email as expected but from today strangely it started sending multiple email with incorrect data.

1. On testing stand alone below objects it is working fine :

1. FM-where e mail notification code written - Pass sending one mail

2. Testing BOR Method in SWO1 -Pass sending one mail.

3. Testing Task in SWUS/SWUD - Fail it is sending many emails.

Not able to debug even on setting it as dialog type -Please help with debugging steps for task and also Suggest how to resolve this problem.

    Hi Anjali,

Please provide us with screen shots of the technical workflow log, in addition to the binding from/to the email task, and an idea of what this incorrect data is.

    • Hello Sue ,

Could you please guide me how to debug task ,it is background task(I can make forward task for testing ) which is associted with BOR method inside which I am calling FM .

I suspect issue is happening when Value passed to FM from task because in SWUD triggering it is throwing issue but testing in SWO1 it is working fine.

      Thanks & Regards,

      Anjali

    Hi,

First you have to check the technical log like Susan said to retrieve the values of the containerelements that are passed to the method. check that the elements have the same type as the method.

If this all looks to be correct then you need to check if the logic uses specific user-id related parameter ids or things like language settings.

    Kind regards, Rob Dielemans
