Item Group - Updation by restricted SAP B1 User. How it has happened?

Hi Experts,

It`s very urgent issue. Kindly give the explanation.

We have restricted to change an item group in the item master data on SAP B1 . Only few users can be able to change the item group. We are using B1 Usability Package to restrict to change the item group.The user 1 has created the item long back and the user 2 has not able to change the item group. But user 2 has changed the item group. User 2 has no access to change the Item group.

Not accessible by User inferace and Sql. How this happened. Can anyone explain this thing?. Can you let me know how this has happened?

Kindly find the attachment of show history and difference snapshot. In attachment 2 of show difference snapshot, It shows user signature in green color.

Can you use authorizations to control the user who can full authorization/read-only/no authorization?

In order to verify if SAP B1 is causing this issue, stop the Boyum Add-on and check with the users, if the item group is being restricted.

If yes, check the B1 authorization and additional authorization to provide necessary access.

If no, then its caused due to B1 Usability package. You could directly get to Boyum IT's support or you can post in the Boyum IT's forum page for more appropriate response.
